Crafted Echo is a sole proprietorship based in Canada, run by Sean Bryant, and is the organization responsible for any personal information handled through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
This site sets no cookies of any kind — not essential ones, not preference ones, not analytics ones. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Nothing is written to your browser’s local storage either.
There are no analytics services, no tag managers, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps, no A/B testing tools, no social media widgets and no embedded third-party fonts, scripts or iframes. Every page is plain HTML and CSS served from this domain. We do not know how many people visit, which pages they read, or where they came from, beyond what section 3 describes.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request information in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attack and abuse. This can include your IP address, the page requested, your browser’s user-agent string, and the time of the request.
This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as our hosting and security provider, is necessary for the site to function, and rests on our legitimate interest in keeping it available and secure. We do not use this information to identify you, do not combine it with anything else, and do not export it into any analytics or marketing system. Cloudflare’s handling of it is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
If you email [email protected], we will have your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message, because that is how email works. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else — no mailing list, no marketing, and we never pass it to a third party. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for dealing with your query, then deleted.
Some pages link to other sites, such as Google Play, alphabyte.gg or Cloudflare. Following a link takes you somewhere with its own privacy practices, which we neither control nor audit. Nothing about you is passed along when you click — the links are ordinary ones, with no tracking parameters attached.
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you have the right to ask what personal information an organization holds about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw consent to its use. In practice we hold none from your visit to this website, so for most visitors there is nothing to exercise those rights against. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Visitors elsewhere may have equivalent or broader rights under their own law — for example access, erasure and portability under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom. We will honour any such request the same way: by confirming we hold nothing, or by deleting what we do.
If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
This is a brochure website with nothing aimed specifically at children and no way for anyone of any age to submit information through it.
If this site ever gains a contact form, analytics, or anything else that changes the picture above, this policy will be updated first and the effective date at the top will change.
